  • "I just want to thank you and your staff at Boerne Marine. I recently purchased a new Ranger from a dealer. I picked the boat up from the dealer and since that time I have had multiple problems with the way the boat was rigged by the dealership (i.e. jack plate, power poles, tilt/trim, hot foot). I took boat back to the dealership multiple times and the problems were never resolved. I decided to take the boat to Boerne Marine. I have had multiple boats in the past and you were always there to help me with all issues. Boerne Marine fixed all the problems on the Ranger and went over and beyond to make sure it was safe and done right. I am in the service business and know when a company treats a customer with the upmost professionalism and expertise. Boerne Marine is that company."

  • "Being a boat owner for many years we all know its only a matter of time before something needs repair. I have found Boerne Marine to be very professional and honest when it comes to repairs. Their customer service is outstanding and here is one example: I had engine problems while in SA Bay and called on a Saturday to get some trouble-shooting done; the water was rough and hearing an alarm is never a good thing on a boat especially in rough waters. Andy called me back and walked me through the alarm(oil sensor) and after transferring oil we were back in business. Outstanding fishing the remainder of the day. The bottom line is good service and I trust their work. Great Job! Boerne Marine and Thank you from me and my 3 fishing buddies that were with me on that day!"

  • "I started corresponding with Ken Parker of Boerne Marine over a year ago. I was a previous Skeeter owner and wanted to stay with Skeeter. At the time I was living in the Washington DC area and I contact almost every Skeeter dealer in the Southeast and no one responded. I knew I would be moving to San Antonio and I contacted Boerne Marine. They responded and I was almost read to drive to San Antonio from DC and purchase the boat. However, my move was put on hold. A year later, here I am in San Antonio and I go to Boerne Marine to meet Ken and just to say hello and remember my name from over a year ago. I was sold and knew where I was going to buy my next boat which happened about 3 weeks later. I wasn't sure on the boat I wanted. Ken did not try to sell me something I did need. There was no pressure. The experience was awesome. I think this will be my last boat but if not, Boerene Marine will be the one and only place I will ever buy a boat. The nicest staff I have ever known and this is my fourth boat."
